  I have worked for CVSC for over a year and am still astonished by the facility. It amazes me that Emily, Eli and the E.D. Paul constantly strive to better the facility, environment and customer service. It is nice to work for hands-on owners that appreciates hard work, encourage resident driven service and allow employees to truly adore the residents we serve. Our residents are not “patients” they are our family, and our loved ones. My kids look forward to coming on the weekends to visit, eat lunch and play games with the residents. One of the first things I was taught was "Our residents do not live where we work. We work where they live. This is their home." I could not imagine working for anyone else.
